Interim return window
Unless a product page or applicable law provides a different rule, request authorization within 30 days after delivery. Products should be unopened, unused, in original condition, and returned only after receiving instructions.
Non-returnable items
For safety and quality reasons, opened ingestible products, items without intact seals, personalized items, and goods marked final sale may not be returnable except where defective or where law requires otherwise.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items promptly and include clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and lot information where available.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges and return costs may be non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law says otherwise. Financial institutions control posting times.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
