Shipping charges
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows will be displayed at checkout before you place an order. All prices and charges are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
Delivery addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. Once an order enters fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible.
International orders
Where international shipping is offered, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and local compliance requirements. These amounts are not included unless checkout expressly says otherwise.
Delayed, lost, or damaged packages
Contact IverDirect through the customer-service form with your order number and relevant photographs or tracking details. We will review the issue and coordinate with the carrier where appropriate.
