IverDirect accepts payment exclusively in cryptocurrency. We do not process credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, or any other fiat payment method. This is a deliberate choice, not a temporary limitation.
Why cryptocurrency
Traditional payment processors and card networks impose country-level restrictions, transaction limits, merchant-category blocks, and intermediary holds that routinely exclude customers in certain regions from purchasing pharmaceutical products. Cryptocurrency removes those gatekeepers. A transaction on the blockchain is between you and the recipient — no bank flags the merchant, no processor freezes the funds, no intermediary decides whether your purchase is permitted.
We also believe that every buyer, in every jurisdiction, deserves a consistent baseline of financial privacy. Cryptocurrency settlement does not require you to share credit scores, banking history, or card-issuer metadata with anyone other than the network itself.
Which cryptocurrencies we accept
Accepted currencies will be displayed at checkout before payment is requested. We expect to support major networks commonly used for peer-to-peer and retail settlement. If a currency you hold is not listed at checkout, contact us and we will consider adding it.
How a transaction works
- You place an order and proceed to checkout.
- You are shown the exact cryptocurrency amount due and a wallet address controlled by IverDirect. The amount is fixed at the moment the invoice is generated — we do not float an open-ended conversion rate.
- You send the exact amount from your own wallet to the address provided. The amount must match the invoice, and the transaction must originate from a wallet you control.
- Once the transaction receives sufficient network confirmations, your order status is updated to confirmed. You do not need to email us your transaction hash, but you may include it if you are ordering from a platform that allows order notes.
- If the blockchain does not show a matching transaction within the payment window, the invoice expires and you may generate a new one at current rates.
Privacy and credentials
IverDirect does not collect, request, store, or have access to your private keys, wallet seed phrases, exchange login credentials, or any other wallet-access material. You never enter a wallet password on this website. The only data we receive is what the public blockchain records: the sending address, the amount, and the transaction confirmation status. We do not link blockchain addresses to customer accounts beyond what is necessary to confirm that a payment corresponds to a specific order.
Network fees and confirmation times
You are responsible for the network fee (gas) on the blockchain you use. IverDirect does not control confirmation times; they depend on network congestion and the fee you choose. We recommend a fee sufficient for confirmation within a reasonable window. If the network is congested, we will hold the order for the invoice period before expiry.
Exchange rates
The cryptocurrency amount shown at checkout is calculated at the time the invoice is created using a reference rate from a publicly available price feed. It includes no hidden spread, markup, or conversion fee beyond what the network itself requires. If your wallet or exchange quotes a different rate, that is between you and your provider.
Refunds
If a refund is issued under our Returns & Refunds policy, the refund will be sent in the same cryptocurrency, to a wallet address you provide, at the exchange rate in effect at the time the refund is processed. The refund amount will equal the original cryptocurrency amount paid unless otherwise agreed. IverDirect is not responsible for valuation changes between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
Your responsibility
Use a wallet you control. Verify the address before sending. Do not send funds from an exchange-hosted wallet that does not guarantee outbound transaction settlement to external addresses. Keep your wallet and device secure. Contact your wallet provider or exchange — not IverDirect — for wallet-specific technical support.
Getting started
If you have never used cryptocurrency, a step-by-step guide is available at howtogetcrypto.org. IverDirect does not own or operate that guide and does not receive compensation for it.
